$150 MM Castalia Latin America & Caribbean Clean Energy Fund (the “Fund”)
The Fund is being formed to invest in the dynamic and fast-growing Latin American and Caribbean ("LAC") clean energy markets. The Fund seeks to invest primarily in renewable generation, including hydro, geothermal, solar, wind and biomass, but may also consider scalable service companies with strong cash flows, as well as other related clean energy infrastructure. By investing in the renewable generation and related service sectors in LAC, the Fund will promote economic growth, energy independence, and help satisfy growing demand for electricity, while providing for superior risk-adjusted returns for investors.
